In Dublin City Center, tucked away in an alleyway corner like a hidden treasure is this beautiful restaurant, The Mongolian Barbecue. I got to visit there, with my friends Martin and Sarah.
We ate foods with fresh ingredients we picked out ourselves and watched get cooked in front of us on a massive hot plate!! Our laughs and chats joined the echo of other tables', a busy relaxing atmosphere. It felt like we were in a bubble. Great friends and great food. The totally laid back vibe this place exudes is seriously off the chart.
I learned how to use chopsticks (again) because I must be the only person that continuously forgets how to use those things.
But what does this have to do with anything? At the start of the year, I decided I would do simple 30 day challenges to change a few bad habits I had. From eating more fruit to not complaining ( which was HARD!)
And now I have been inspired to make healthy eating as my challenge for May. Hmm wonder where I got that idea from ;)
