I don't know about you guys but I strongly believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There is an old Irish proverb that translates ' A good start is half the work'. 

 I sometimes find myself stuck for time because I've hit the snooze button one too many times, miss the alarm completely or it's just too early in the morning for a meal.

This smoothie has been my daily power boost for the past few weeks, whether it be brunch hour or getting up at the crack of dawn for work and I thought I'd share it with you guys. It's super easy and simple but so tasty.


1 Banana

1/2 small cup  Raw Oats
1 small cup of milk
1 Tablespoon of honey

Put these together and blend for 1-2 minutes. You could also add some strawberries for extra taste and color.

I seriously hope you guys love this as much as I do. I'm sure people are sick of hearing me talk about it but trust me, once you taste it, you'll love it too!
